CHRIS ACHIEVES MASTER PRACTITIONER STATUS
Chris Sams Rafferty, lead coach at Douglas-based professional and personal development specialist Future Perfect, has qualified as a master practitioner in NLP (neuro linguistic programming).
Chris, already qualified in NLP techniques, has been awarded her new status after an intensive two-weeks’ training course with the co-founder of NLP, Dr Richard Bandler. Other trainers were John La Valle from the US, author of business language and behaviour best-seller ‘Persuasion Engineering’, plus TV host and author Paul McKenna, whose nationwide show ‘I can change your life’ helps participants overcome debilitating fears and phobias.
NLP empowers people to recode experiences and organise their internal programming to achieve the outcome they want. More and more businesses include it as part of their training and development strategies, improving communications skills, building rapport, increasing motivation, aiding decision making and overcoming individual fears, such as when public speaking or making business presentations.
Future Perfect moved into the provision of full-scale bespoke training programmes earlier this year, working with Island businesses and private clients. Lead coach Chris Sams Rafferty is also consultant director at communications consultancy High Profile Marketing in Castletown.
